These terms apply to homeproud.net and to any text messages sent by HomeProud Inc. By using this website, or by opting in to text messages from us, you agree to them. Effective October 15, 2026.

Text messages from us

We only text people who have opted in. If you opt in to text messages from us, the messages would cover things like replies to your quote request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates on the cleaning work we are doing in your home.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service from us. Giving us your phone number on its own does not sign you up for texts.

Message frequency and rates

How often we text depends on your request and the job in progress. Message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to opt out

You can stop text messages at any time. Reply "STOP" to any message from us. After you send "STOP", we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age requirement

The content on homeproud.net is general information about tile, grout, carpet, upholstery and leather care, written for a wide audience. Your own floors and furniture may need something different. Prices, timing and results depend on what we find when we see the job, so the quote you get after that visit is the one that counts.
