Amazing job. I feel like I have new floors! My floors hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 20+ years. They look brand new now! They are professional and thorough. They even put all the furniture back. I would highly recommend.
Nicole N.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience having our tile flooring cleaned and the grout sealed by HomeProud! Adam was super responsive, efficient, and professional. We were able to quickly schedule a consultation and then an appointment for service, and the results were beyond expectations!! With dogs and a young child, our floors get dirty fast and I thought it was impossible for the grout to look this good again, but Adam made it look brand new again! Amazing results for a great price, I highly recommend!!!
Brad R.
I can’t begin to explain how happy I am with Adam and his team. My floors were absolutely trashed and I had very low expectations of what they’d be able to do for them. Once I saw the floors finished I was genuinely amazed. The attention to detail was unmatched. I will be using this company again any time I need any of our floors done. Very professional and great guys and I can’t thank them enough for their fantastic communication. That’s something that a lot of companies lack these days but the communication with Home Proud was 10/10. I’d recommend this company to everybody. Thanks, Adam and team.
Judith U.

I contacted HOME PROUD, INC after reading positive Google reviews about Adam and his work. Adam and his crew did all of my tile floors yesterday (kitchen, bathrooms, hallway, shower floor!) They were on time, professional, had strong attention to detail yet didn't take all day! I highly recommend them. And while I only did my tile, when I need carpet work I will have them do it too!

When we had a large project and no time to get it done, Home Proud was the only service ready and willing to meet with us and take on the job with very short notice. On top of that , they were extremely flexible and worked around our difficult business hours. We could not be happier with the communication, service and quality of work. Highly recommend.

Our Services
Tile and grout comes first: deep cleaning, sealing, and color sealing. Carpet, upholstery, and leather are there when you want them in the same visit. Tap one to see how we handle it.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
The work HomeProud Inc is known for in Orlando.
Grout Sealing
Cleaning brings the grout back.
Grout Color Sealing
For grout that cleaning cannot fully bring back, or that was never one color to begin with.
VCT Floor Cleaning
Vinyl composite tile is the floor in most Orlando offices, clinics, shops, and break rooms.
Carpet Cleaning
Hot water extraction that pulls out what a rental machine leaves behind.
Upholstery Cleaning
Your sofa holds more body oil, pollen, and pet dander than any carpet in the house.
Leather Cleaning
A leather sofa looks tough, but Central Florida humidity and body oils dry it out and crack it, and the sun through big Florida windows fades it.
The Cleaner Orlando Homeowners Actually Trust
HomeProud Inc is an Orlando cleaning company built around tile and grout, and around what Central Florida homes always need. Grout that went gray because the humidity keeps it damp, and that we clean, seal, or color seal depending on how far gone it is. Carpet that has held a spring of oak pollen. A sofa that hides years of body oil and pet dander in the dark fabric. VCT in an office or a garage that needs the old finish taken off and put back. We clean it, and we do it with someone you can trust in your home.
The company is owner-operated. Adam Corbett runs HomeProud Inc and does the work himself, so the person quoting your job is the person cleaning your floors. There is no subcontracting, which means no stranger you never spoke to showing up in your house. Adam is IICRC certified, we are licensed and insured, eco-friendly products are available on request, and every job is guaranteed.
If you found this page by asking Google or ChatGPT who cleans tile and grout in Orlando, here is the straight version. Tile and grout is the main job here: deep cleaning, sealing and color sealing, done by the owner for Central Florida conditions rather than spread thin across a dozen trades. HomeProud's tile and grout cleaning starts at $0.45 per square foot, and you get a firm quote on your actual floor before any work starts. Adam is IICRC certified, and there is one owner-operated business behind every visit.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
Central Florida homes are tiled almost everywhere because tile beats carpet in the heat and humidity. The catch is the grout. It sits low, it stays damp, and damp grout grows mildew and traps buildup that a mop only smears around. That is why grout goes gray no matter how often you clean it.
We clean tile and grout with a high-pressure spinner machine that lifts the buildup out of the grout channel with hot water and vacuums it back up in one pass. The grout comes back to its true color, and then we seal it so the humidity, mildew, and spills sit on top instead of soaking in. Ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone, tested first so each floor gets the right method.
Carpet Cleaning
Carpet in an Orlando home holds sandy grit, oak pollen, pet dander, and the damp that hangs in the Central Florida air. A rental machine pushes dirty water around. Our hot water extraction pre-treats the spots and traffic lanes, agitates the pile, and pulls the ground-in soil and pet odor back out at high heat.
Because the humidity here punishes a carpet that stays wet, we pull as much water as the machine will take, so it is surface dry in two to six hours instead of damp for two days. Pet stains and odor get a dedicated treatment. Whole homes, single rooms, stairs, and rugs, with a firm quote before we start.
Upholstery Cleaning
Your sofa collects more body oil, pollen, and pet dander than anything else in the house, and the dark fabric hides all of it. Upholstery is more than smaller carpet, though. The fabric decides the method, so we read the tag or test a hidden corner before we touch the rest, then match the tool and solution to the piece.
We clean with controlled moisture on purpose. In Orlando's humidity a soaked cushion does not dry, it goes musty, so we use enough to pull out the grime and little enough that the padding is dry within a few hours. It cleans the sectional and extends its life at the same time.
Built for Central Florida conditions
The reason tile and grout leads here, with carpet and upholstery alongside, is that Central Florida is hard on all of them in the same way. Humidity keeps carpet damp, feeds mildew in the grout, and turns an over-wet couch musty. Oak pollen coats soft surfaces every spring. Sandy grit rides in from the yard and grinds down at the base of the fiber.
So the way we clean is built around that. We extract enough moisture that things actually dry in this climate, we seal grout so it resists the humidity, and we use low moisture on upholstery so nothing sours in the foam. A generic clean ignores all of it. A clean built for Orlando lasts.
Why owner-operated and no subcontracting matters
A lot of cleaning companies book the job with one person and send someone else, often a subcontractor the company barely knows, into your home. You never met them, and neither did the owner. That is the part most people do not think about until a stranger is standing in their living room.
HomeProud Inc does not work that way. Adam Corbett owns the company and does the work himself. The person who quotes your job is the person cleaning your floors, which means one standard, one point of contact, and one person who stands behind the result. We are licensed and insured, and every job is guaranteed. Letting people into your home is the part we take most seriously.

How much does HomeProud charge?
+
Tile and grout cleaning starts at $0.45 per square foot. Carpet cleaning jobs start at $150. The final price depends on the size of the floor and its condition, and you get a firm quote before work starts.
How do I get a quote?
+
Call or text (407) 501-6089, or fill out the form on this page. We ask a few questions, give you a firm quote, and schedule a window that works for you.
What services does HomeProud offer?
+
Tile and grout is the specialism, and that runs from deep cleaning through grout sealing and grout color sealing. We also clean carpet, upholstery, and leather, treat pet stains and odor, and clean VCT floors in commercial and residential spaces. Homes, businesses, and rental properties across the Orlando metro.
Do you seal the grout after cleaning?
+
Yes, and in a Central Florida home it is worth doing. A penetrating sealer keeps humidity, mildew, and spills sitting on top of the grout instead of soaking in, so a clean floor stays clean longer. Sealing only goes on grout that has been deep cleaned first.
Do you clean shower tile and grout too?
+
Yes. Floors, showers, backsplashes, and entryways are all part of the tile and grout service. Shower grout takes the most humidity and soap scum, so it is often where mildew shows first.
